How fast will my coffee ship?

We ship all our coffees within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. US orders over $50 ship free. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Where does your coffee come from?

Our single-origin coffees come from the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, including Campestre, Cabo Verde and Carmo de Minas. We source directly from trusted farming partners.

How do you ensure quality?

We source our beans directly from trusted farming partners, and our quality control, from selection to small-batch roasting, makes sure you receive fresh, specialty-grade coffee with every order.

Whole bean or ground?

Whole bean is our recommended choice if you have a grinder at home. We also grind to order for Cold Brew (coarsest), French Press (coarse), Chemex (medium-coarse), Drip / Keurig (medium-coarse), Pour Over (medium-fine) and Espresso (finest).

How should I brew it?

A good starting point: Drip, medium-coarse grind at 1:15 for 4–6 minutes. French Press, coarse grind at 1:12 for 4 minutes. Pour Over, medium-fine grind at 1:16 for 2–3 minutes. More tips on our Brew Guides blog.
